it wont even pull past redline anyways, why try and ruin your motor revving to 10k.

get a bigger throttle body and a skunk 2 intake manifold and rev to 8500
works good

not sure bout jdm engines/ecu...but I can feel my fuel cutoff at 8200...so I guess 8200

The cams dont make power that high.

rev limit on the jdm b18c is like 8278 but get a chipped ecu and take that thing up to 9500 mine was able to do it on a jun ecu i got

but remember after a period of revving so high you might want to invest in some head work
