93 Not geting fuel to engine. causes?

93 Not geting fuel to engine. causes?
Hi
My check engine light has been coming on and I found that it was code 43, fuel supply is faulty. Today the car wil not start unless I spray carb cleaner into the PVC hose. As long as I do this the car will run.
It may be a clogged fuel filter or a bad fuel pump or... Where is the filter on this 4 cylinder car? Where is the fuel pump located? Is there a handy place where I can check to see if the the fuel pump is delivedring fuel?
I am still looking for a FSM but thus far, no luck!
Any help?
