You guys described how to take out the factory deck, he said there is an aftermarket one in there now.
If it is an aftermarket, you will need the install keys to remove it.

I hate customers like you. Especially the ones who buy a new deck, and ******* keep the radio harness!
Makes retail stuff more expensive than what it already is!

******* dick jacker. if you don't already have a set of kenwood keys you shouldn't be installing/selling. I actually do install/Sale retail car stereo. I never remove the keys from the package and i actually usually through them away. if you do give them the keys they won't know wtf to do with them anyway. and they will through them away. if you really have that much of a problem w/ people returning stereos w/o harnesses then you need to talk w/ the people who are allowing these returns.
