Default H22 Exhaust or F22 Exhuast For The Accord???

If i swap to an H22, should i get lude exhaust or f22 exhuast? does it fit differently like according to car shape or is it the engine that makes the difference in that respect. Thanks in advance, i'm just getting into cars so there is still a lot i have to learn.
