2001 Honda accord with h22a4 swap.
So I recently bought an accord with an h22a4 engine (don't know what year engine) and was thinking of doing a full exhaust upgrade. My question is... Will the h22 headers bolt on to an accord exhaust? Or will a full h22 5th gen prelude exhaust system fit on the accord? All I know is that I have to get h22 headers. Also recommendation for what brand will be nice. Looking to keep a nice low growl

Re: 2001 Honda accord with h22a4 swap.
It's been over 10 years since my 98 accord with H22 swap was stolen so the details are a little foggy but I had a coupe and from what I remembered back then there were no pre-made set ups that fit, it may be different now but I haven't kept up with the accord market lately. What I did was use the H22 header, a high flow cat, then I got a muffler that I liked. My friend did the swap for me at his mechanic shop but didn't have an exhaust pipe bender so I had the header and cat bolted on and drove pretty much open pipe from my friend's shop to the exhaust shop. I had the exhaust shop hang the muffler then custom bend the pipes to connect the cat to the muffler.
