almost rust free. has a little bubble on drivers side qp, and a little crack in the paint about 1" long on the passengers side.

interior is really nice. no rips on the seats.
i have not found an dings or dents on the car . i have looked closely too.

i've had the car since january and it's been garaged up until now. i have only put like 10-15 miles on it since i got it home from ohio where i bought it. the guy i bought it from said it was originally from florida.

it needs a new alternator belt and rear quarter seals , that's all . the tires are running low on tread , but still have some left.

Vehicle Description

Up for auction is a really clean 1990 Honda CRX SI. This car is originally from Florida and it shows. Im the third owner of the vehicle. It has 175,000 pampered miles and runs excellent, burns and leaks no oil at all. First we will start with the mechanics of the car, Over $7000.00 invested in this car since 1998, ok heres what has been replaced : Air conditioning has been completely rebuilt about $1100.00 dollars in total reciepts on the air , Tokico Shocks were installed in 1999 $600.00 , All the brakes were replaced including rotors and calipers has 4 wheel disc brakes $600.00+ , Exhaust was replaced in 1998 $280.00, Both front axles were replaced 1999 $600.00+, new alternator $420.00, New fuel line and gas tank installed in 2000 $350.00, Timing belt, Tensioner, water pump and head reworked in 2001 $1100.00, also new battery in 2001, also rear Wheel bearings replaced $300.00. Mechanicaly this car runs perfect would drive itt cross country with no worries. Also forgot to mention new performance clutch in 2002. The exterior is in real good condition paint shines good when cleaned up! The only flaw it has is a little spot on the passengers side rear quater little bubble about the size of a piece of rice very very minor. Its missing a molding on the roof and the side glass molding . The interior is in like new condition seats are perfect and carpet is very clean except for small area on passenger side . The only thing this car needs is new tires and a driver. I have owned about 12 Hondas this is one of the best ones i have owned If u drove and looked at this car u would not believe it had 175,000 miles, The engine is very Strong and very Quick a fun car to drive. The previous owners before me had done all the work to this car has been sitting in my garage for about 6 months was going to make a street racer out of it but wife says it must go so my loss is your gain Reserve is set low and am willing to take any reasonable offer. Vehicle Condition

Excellent shape mechanically and cosmetically. Missing a few moldings nothing major. Needs new tires i would put some 17's on it if i were keeping it. Alternator belt squeaks when first started then go away probally needs a new belt or some dressing. Would drive this car anywere with no worries , has quick acceleration and clutch is excellent!

Ehh i would if i could.Im thinking about taking a plane trip out there.But probably couldnt.Only if you could drive it out or meet half way.That car is beautiful.

 

Just wondering though?Why have you only put 15 miles on it?How does it run?

 

it runs great. i only put 15miles on it because i dont have my license yet and i wouldnt have driven it in winter anyway. i just drove it around the neighborhood recently. i would say it has about 150 or so miles more then when i bought it since we drove it back from ohio.

 

consider shipping it at all?

bump for a clean car! but i think the price should be lower it look like its kinda high milage and dont know y u need to paint the car?mayb an accident or rust repair?

sry not looking for trades. i couldnt afford to put any money towards another car anway. so if anyone did want to trade me, it would have to be straight up.

 

the car was painted because it was down south and the paint got faded/oxidized from being in the sun too much . i dunno how recently it was painted , but it was painted down in florida. i did a carfax a while back and it showed no accidents.
