you should really do a search, tons of info about it.
but heres a quick run on it.
1. move wire from C1 to B10
2. move wire from C2 to B12
3. run blu/grn wire from dist to C1
4. run blu/ylw wire from dist to C2
5. swap 2 outside wires on tps plug
6. get resistor box and take larger ylw/blk wire in right side shock tower and connect it to power resistor box
7. take 4 wires and run from resistor box to each injector to power injector
8. use yellow wire from secondary injector and run it to injector #1
9. use red wire from primary injector and run it to injector #3
10. run red wire from injector #4 to A7
11. run yellow wire from injector #2 to A3
it is advised to put a connector at the left hand shock tower and not run a straight wire from engine to ecu because you may want to disconnect it so a conector would make it easier. you also need plugs from a mpfi motor so it would be good if you had a spare si harness to take wires and connectors from from.
first time took me like 3 hours, second time took me like 30 minutes.

hey thanks man
i have another question i have the 90ls wiring harness with the resistor box
can i use that or i have to use the dx wiring harness
which one is easier and better

And just graft in the wires from the LS harness you need. The injector wires and the dzzy wires.
Don't cut any wires out of the LS harness if at all possible.
Just de-pin and repin.

never put another harness on, always modify stock
just like 4crx4 said, dont cut the wires, just depin them from the connector and put them into the new connector or whatevers, but you will have too on a couple because the kind of pin at the end isnt the one you need.
thats what i did when i did my dpfi-mpfi swap, had a si harness, just took connector, depinned when needed, and cut wires when needed. also that way you can also get the colored wires you need.

what if plan to get an 88 to 91 si harness would that be better
the motor is in, my only problem is wiring it, is there a website that has illustrated easy to follow wiring it
just wondering sorry for all the trouble but thanks for the info's

you cant use just the engine harness, you would have to get the whole harness, because if you plug the si harness into the dx harness it wont work because the wires are different.
always modify from the stock harness
always modify from the stock harness
