96-97 Del Sol VTEC - B16A2

first Honda in the U.S. to have the B16, and the only Honda to have the B16A3.
the B16A3 is OBD1. i believe the Del Sol VTEC B16A2 is OBD2-A

you can try eBay, Classifieds forum, local junkyard. its going to be kind of hard to find one with low miles.

i looked up benbuilt4u, and he's only selling B16A SiR II's.
