Default ITR/Skunk2 cam (GSR Motor)

Well I am looking into camshafts and am wondering which to go with. My motor is stock internally, so I know that if I went with the skunk2's I would need valvetrain upgrades right?

However, I am leaning more towards the itr ones b/c of cost and they are not too aggressive. But will I see a satisfying difference in switching from my stock gsr's to these? I just dont want to fork out teh dough and not see a noticalbe difference.

Also if I did go for the skunk2's what mods to teh valvetrain would I need and would it be safe?

Thanks

stg 1s on OEM ITR valvetrain will do good, though, MUST BE DYNO TUNE!!!, before you see result.

What comp is this motor at?

Im not sure I understood your post fully, but let me try and decipher.

Ok so the skunk2 stage 1 is fine, but on a gsr valvetrain b/c I dont have an r motor, its the other B18C

My car is dynoed and plan to re-dyno it after cams. If you are saying comp as in "compression" its stock. No head work done, not even gasket.

So what would you recomend I do. Should I even bother getting stage 1 or will there be equal power with itr camshafts? And with a stock head will this be fine?
