Default Increasing CFM flow through head?

Could someone explain CFM to me, and how to improve CFM flow through the head. link me good info on porting, polishing, etc. Please I'd appreciate it since I'm having a CR/VTEC built right now that will have porting done and I want to understand all this stuff anyway

You'll want to study valve jobs.

Remember the biggest obstacle of the airflow is the valve. The valve job is critical to making the air "miss" the valve.

MAX_CFM has taught me a great deal about competitive cylinder preparation.
