Need help removing CRX antenna

Default Need help removing CRX antenna

well the antenna is broken on my girlfirends crx and we have a parts crx with working antenna and i was wondering how would i go about removing it to put onto my girlfriends crx ...any help would be appriciated ...thanks...

its two screws on the top of the antenna. it looks like an oval where the antenna is, there is one screw on both sides of it.

I would detach it from the radio. un-tangle or back it out so all that is left is the part that goes up the pillar. unbolt the actual antenna base and pull it out.

afterwards get a coat hanger and straighten it out. drop/slide it down the antenna hole. Attach the new antenna to it and continue to pull it out from the bottom. the rest so be self explanitory.
