does the PW0 also require 2 O2 sensors? when i had my second one unhooked, no CEL? what is the deal, with that?

guess what? i already know this, i was just wondering, i have a civic STD that rebuilt the entire harness for my b16, but the problem was.....i only got the top of the manifold, so i am using a LS 4-1 manifold, and it runs really good right now, i was just wondering about the ECU thing, the guys swears it was never chipped, i guess i could look inside, i just know that if i remove my jumper for the 2nd sensor it runs fine, and there is no CEL
