this will probably sound like a newbie question but, I'm installing a set of neon lights in my car and I'm putting a switch on them. I have a iluminated rocker switch, and I'm not sure where each wire goes. There is three termanals Power, Accessory and ground. I have power coming to the switch and wires going to the lights, so if anybody could tell me what wire goes where on the switch that would b sweet, thanks

P.S I put this in the audio and video section already, but no one answered

 

if it doesn't have a marker on the switch : + , - : then i would assume you can place them anywhere on the switch. check your instuctions. if you don't have any its trial and error...

 

Put the power going to the switch on the first notch, power going to the neon light on the second and the ground on the third

 

Right on, thanks. That worked. I knew it was somthing easy but it just wasn't working out for me, but that did it!

I think lots of people withheld theirself. Plus his name show's he's new to the game. I wouldn't have it on all the time, but wired up to the interior light comin on wouldn't be a bad idea, if they were white, it'd be like more interior light at night when you go to get in your car.

My mom and my sister both have blue lights under there dash, I just gave them my front and backs from back in the day, they like them and obviously so does he so who cares. Lots of people like them
