when its done it should be making about 500ish whp, i want to run slicks to get good times , so i just wondering should i upgrade my axles first or get quaife diff first ?

And big sticky slicks will break axles.
Drag race friends here have been going through axles with a built NA motor using slicks.
Different story when using street tires since they'll probably spin/slip rather than sticking to the track.
Also depends on what RPM you drop the clutch at (impulse forces on axles).
