ok this weird thing has been happening for a couple weeks now and the 97 accord. Ok it only occurs right after a turn or even a lane change. Ok if i hit the gas out of a turn, like not even all the way it will lag. Like if i get out of a turn and need to hit the gas fairly hard it will make it up to about 3-4k slower than usual and then sit and bog at about 4k when my foot is almost all the way on the gas. THIS ONLY HAPPENS RIGHT AFTER TURNS. Im pretty concerned and ideas or thoughts would be great. Thanks
Is it auto or manny? If its manny downshift so you can run at like 3-4k rpm and then get on it. If you still feel lag, even with higher rpms, you may have a problem, otherwise I think it might be in your head.

i thought that at first but its gotten worse. like if im coming around a turn quick and i step on it, it just doesnt lag it, it holds at like 4 grand and really doesnt move. Its really not in my head, i know it sounds weird, does this happen when it doesnt concern turns. Like could it be the gear box or something. Any ideas would be awesome. and its manual.

I really, really can't think of annything thatd do this at all. Maybe your clutch is slipping and you jsut dont realize it sometimes when going straight? How do you do these turns? Do you leave it in gear, clutch it, what?

im thinking your best option right now is to take it to a reputable tranny shop, have them do a road test and assess the problem and hope for the best
