valve spring opinion
Ive got a first gen b16a i wanted to know if anyone knows if it has dual valve springs on both intake and exhaust or just intake I tried calling a couple of places one place told me it has and one place told me only the sir has dual valve springs i tried looking but its to hard to tell the reason is i wanted to put in type r cams but i dont want my pistons and valves kissing each other bye bye after 7G if you know what i mean any help would be cool thanks. oh yeah the engine is an old *** 89
the type r cams have a higher lift and different duration as the stock b16 cams i dont know the exact specs though you should post a thread about it im sure somebody knows.
ITR
INTAKE lift - 11.5 mm, duration - 240 @ 1mm
EXHAUST lift - 10.5 mm, duration - 235 @ 1mm
CTR
INTAKE lift - 11.5mm, duration - 243 @ 1mm
EXHAUST lift - 10.5 mm, duration - 235 @ 1mm
vtec lobe
INTAKE lift - 11.5 mm, duration - 240 @ 1mm
EXHAUST lift - 10.5 mm, duration - 235 @ 1mm

I just have Int R Cams,
1. )Should i use the stock B16A1 value to adjust the valve or as same as Int R.
Please help or if possible what value should i use, many Thanks.....
2. )Are B16A1, A2, A3 share the same Cams(Same lift)?
