Koni /GC H22 spring rate IS it enough
I have a 92 vx h22 lsd, i bought Koni sports and i just about to order GC, So is my spring rate choice going to be stiff enough in the (front), 400/500 rates. I know 500 is good for the rear. OR Should i get 450 in front??? Daily driver / drag track racing, and mountin runs.
wondering the same thing also wondering if i got the gc now with out with koni yellows and i plan on getting them later would i have to buy new coilovers to fit them or is there a adaptor or something that it will work with?
this is actualy a tough question, being the h22 is a bit heavy, esp over a d series, i would say yes, up the spring rate to 450, or even 500.. but i'm not as educated in susspension as i want to be. I would say, contact ground control, the number is 530-677-8600, they should help with your setup
from all that i read when researching for s suspension for my h22 VX....i read that 500front/400rear was plenty
the aftermarket springs for the EG h22 swap range anywhere from 350front/200rear on up to 500front/400rear
the progress springs for that swap are 375/200
i ended up getting D2 coilovers with 9k/7k....aprox 500/400
