Default Will this work?

I am in need of a catch can. I was thinking about just putting an inline fuel filter in between the valve cover and the intake for my turbo (normally the line would run from the valve cover to the intake) would this work out for me?

It would be much more pimp (and be emissions legal) to run a tube from the valve cover to the side of a noxema bottle. Then vent the air out the top to the intake to the turbo like so:

(below and to the right of the BOV)
