ODB0 hatchback +99 si B16A2 OBD1 programming. im confussed!

ODB0 hatchback +99 si B16A2 OBD1 programming. im confussed!
ok i got a 1990 honda civic hatchback OBD0 (i think) hybridautomotive has a 99 si B16A2 engine with everything and it says OBD1 proggramming. ok im confussed because i thought 96+ civic are OBD2. anyways what i really want to knoe is if i get this engine do i have to convert my car to OBD1 even though the engine i want to get comes with everything and says OBD1 programing and wiring. someone help me out thanks.

Two things:
A) They either converted it to OBD1
B) They said it can be easyly converted to run on OBD1
You can run OBD2 and its electronics on a OBD1 ECU. You would have to convert the harness if you use a OBD1 harness.
