gonna be my after school project tomorrow..how difficult is it to replace stock? What tools do i need?

 

unvelcro wheel cover, put new wheel on, bolt it on, plug wires into horn button back,re-install velcro cover...done.
don't forget to mark where your wheel is so your wheel is straight when you're driving straight.
i believe a 3/4" or metric equivalent was the necessary ratchet socket size with extension.
