Default Going on to my second Clutch Master Cylinder, WTF??

I lost all pressure in my CMC and saw that it was leaking under the dash so i replaced the master and slave with brand new OEM parts. I bled it and it felt like new. Now today my pedal did THE SAME THING!! Why would it blow again so soon. And this time it isnt leaking inside the car. Any help would be nice~!

is your clutch pedal adjusted right? what im thinking is that maybe you are pushing the pedal down too much?

Did you re-bleed it just to make sure there are no air pockets. Oh and is your slave cylinder leaking?

Try and re-bleed it again....sometimes there are air bubbles that get worked down the line over time. Bleed the hell out of it and make sure that is not the problem first!

Is there any loss of fluid in the resevoir? If you see no fluid loss anywhere and the bleeding does not help you might have some bigger issues to deal with. Have a friend move the clutch pedal while you feel and see if the clutch fork is moving at all. If it is moving you may have a dead pressure plate. That could be why you feel no resistance then you press on the clutch pedal.

Good Luck!

it looks like the pressure is coming BACK into the resivoir, wouldnt that be an internal leak?>
