ok when i bought my car, i went to fill the gas tank one day and i realized the little flap in the gas funnel was gone someone told me that this will effect my gas milage and people are jus telling me its bad how would i go about replacing that?

 

Unless its somehow attached to your gas pedal. No it will not hurt your mileage. Its there to keep stuff out of your tank.
