Default Need pics of Front Bilstein monted

Hi,

I have installed my Blistein shocks, but i have some pb whith the height of the front car.
There is a metal tube in the package, some told me it's only to remove the brake line support from the stock shocks ????
I have put them on my Bilstein Shocks !
Does anyone have the same shock and can post some front shock pics please ?

Thank you very much.

Take the tubes off. The brake line support is the only thing that should be on the shock.

Here is what the tube is used for, pounding the brake bracket back on the shock. after that is useless and you can toss it. I use mine as a pen holder

here is a pic of the shock on the car, but you cannot really see the bottom

EDIT:

here is the shock ready to go on the car

That is 100% false! It's also the perfect diameter for reassembly of a honda transmission countershaft. Fits right on the gears so you can easily hammer em on

nice tip dave!

also the Bilstein shocks also have the adjustable lower perch that you can flip over, take note of that too when installing them.

Could you explain me that please, you are talking about the clips ?
There is two emplacement to put the clips, where do you put it with stock springs ?

no ****, I just used zip ties to hold the lines on...

guess I should have read the directions!

oh yeah, use the LOWER RING MOUNT for the clips - it will drop your car about 5 - 10 mm and look very nice, and keep the nice ride of the stock springs...
