Default shifter bushing help

does anybody have a write up on how to install energy sus. shifter bushings into an 89 hatch? i did a search but there were no write up on how to install just a lot of reviews on them. thanks in advance

if u need instructions to install these then u shouldnt drive a car lol...just look at the stock bushings then look at the new ones and they practically tell you how right there just by looking at them

pretty straight forward. remove old parts. replace with new parts. Only thing you need to do is cut off the flared end on the rod where the bushing slips onto.

i didnt even have to cut the flared end, just lube it up and wiggle it on

Bro just take a minute and look at how the OEM bushings r mounted and then o from there took me about 20min to do no instructions
If you do it wrong just figure it out doing things wrong is the best way to find out how to do it right
