ITR, CTR and '92 GSR Cam Specs?

ITR, CTR and '92 GSR Cam Specs?
Does anyone have a link to or know the cam specs for the:
ITR cams
CTR cams
1992 GSR cams
I'd like to compare what I have to what I can get. Also, does anyone know if I'd have to upgrade my valvetrain to put the ITR/CTR cams in to my GSR?

00-01 ITR cams = CTR cams.
out of the cams you mentioned...u want a set of those.
for cheap insurance, i would get ITR outters and portflow inners.
i believe portflow inners are just 80 bucks.
you can even use that with your gsr outters.
