what would be stock compression for an ls vtec? i want to go 11:1 but people say i wont be able to run pump gas is this true or what? if so how high can i go and still run pump gas?

 

assuming you used a head from a b16 and an oe headgasket you should be right at 9.5:1 the easiest way to bump to your target comp would be oe b16 (us) pistons that would put you at 11.3:1 with an oe headgasket. as far as using pump gas it depends on what is available in your area octane wise
