Default b20 head - b18 block completion

Just got done putting a b20 head on my b18 block.
No difference at all that is noticed, i did reuse the b18 cams.
i used a b18 head gasket which seems to be ok, the water jackets didn't match up 100%
But i have seen no signs of overheating. One thing i recommend is to use a b20 head gasket.
And for those who ask why, i had a burnt exhaust valve and needed a quick replace..
Not that anyone cares but just in case someone runs into the same thing this will help maybe!

Is that a b20 head from a crv?

I thought the the b20 and the b18b heads were almost the same?

All except the water jacket sizeand or shape and two oval ones on the sides don't exist on the b20-and yes it's from a crv
