ok i have a d16a6 head thats ported/polished and shaved .030 , and i just got a d16y8 but would it be better to put the a6 on or the vtec head on then y8 block?

 

if it is only ported and milled i would ditch it on ebay.

why frankenstein it if you don't have to....
why REMOVE vtec?
the y8 head comes with a far better intake manifold and tiny little combustion chanbers.

a milled head is a pain in the *** anyways, just make those changes with a headgasket. (not as permanent)
