Default Cap and Rotor question for Integra....

I'm doing a little tune up on my car, I just replaced the spark plugs and plug wires and flushed the radiator. Now I want to replace my cap and rotor, anyone know what a good replacement brand if for a cap and rotor or a LS motor and where to get them? Should I just get oem from acura, or something aftermarket?

Just regular maintenance?

Just get either OEM or got to Pep Boys for an OEM replacement cap and rotor. Parts like that don't need to be anything special.....only in rare cases.

If you're not running forced induction, anything will work... but with the minute price differences, just go buy OEM.

Just a little FYI---There was just a thread about this on Team-Integra (site is down for brief maintenance so cant give a link now)

But anyway, people are trying to tie different problems back to some sort of difference between oem dist. rotors and the knock off parts...

I would say just go ahead and get the OEM part for a discount from one of the guys on here and not risk anything to save a very few dollars, since some people are skeptical.

Go and check on Team-Integra later this week and im sure you will find that thread and people to contact if you have any questions about their findings.

Hope this helps...
