Default spring and coilovers

ok i have rearched this topic...right but check this out i wanted to know which would be better so they say coilover...but this kid i know has Skunk2 coilovers and his car bounces like a mo fo and that sh@t aint cool...so give me some advise lowering springs more sturty or coilovers the way to go jsut not skunk2?full or just slip? thanks

oh yea i have a 96 integra

nothing matter what u do ure screwed, it wont ride the same as stock, i have the cheapest ebay springs availablee and they seem to ride better than my friends with springs. the lower u go to the crappyer the ride is

your friend is probly riding on stock struts, and since the skunk2 coilover sleeves have such high spring rates (i believe its around 500 F and R) the ride is obviously going to be shitty. i suggest you do some more research on how struts and springs work together before you make any sort of decision.
