Default Low idle..Searched. Please help.

I'm pretty sure it's a problem only under braking, but I've noticed an extremely low idle recently.. especially once I've come to a stop light. I originally noticed these problems after replacing the 02 Sensor with an older one I had laying around (The CEL is off). The car is tuned up, everythings fine ignition wise. I did a search and I read that it could be a problem with the brake booster and air bubbles. I was told by the honda dealership that when working with power steering(Dumbass friend cut the hose), I'd need to bleed the brakes so as to eliminate air bubbles. I haven't done that, so could an air bubble in the brake booster cause the vaccum leak? Some other stuff I read about was adjusting idle and cleaning IACV, but I'm a little reluctant to do those since I've never done either before. Also, I just wired up an AFC last night. I'd like to iron out all these little problems before the turbo goes on, so it will be easier to fix problems associated with that. Please help me. thank you

PS: I just started the car up again and let it warm up, it stays around 500 and it somewhat rough.

theres so many things that can cause a low idle unfortunately.
Your gonna have to check those things your friends told you to
check. Below 600 idle the car will bogg and stutter

No I'm not running either one of those. I have a feeling it has to do with either the afc, the 02 sensor, or possibly the alternator ( since PS fluid gets on it here and there, the hose is busted)

I Just realized it could be the spark plugs from when I was running real rich when the 02 sensor was messed up. It also could be the exhaust leak where the B pipe meets the muffler.

could it be the throttle cable that's loose? Would that cause a low idle?

I checked the manual and it could be 3000 different things..I'm pretty sure it's my power steering pressure switch since I have the line cut
