D16Z6:

98079-5615G SPARK PLUG (KJ20CR-L11) (DENSO)
98079-5514P SPARK PLUG (ZFR5J-11) (NGK)
98079-5614P SPARK PLUG (ZFR6J-11) (NGK)
32722-P07-000 WIRE, IGNITION

B16:

98079-56A7S SPARK PLUG (PFR6L-13) (NGK)
98079-56A5H SPARK PLUG (PK20PR-L13) (DENSO)
32722-P30-000 WIRE, IGNITION

Probably not. If you can, it will probably run like crap.

YES THEY WORK PERFECT I HAVE BEEN RUNNING MY OLD D16 WIRES FOR ABOUT 15 MONTHS because i bought some taylor 8.5mm wires for my d16 then blew my motor up. I was like **** that all make theses bitches work

Didn't have to do any thing to then. The only thing different is the one for the b16 are maybe 1-2mm shorter the top fits a little better but the d16 fit fine

Well I guess Honda engineers are pretty dumb to have different parts for different cars if they all work the same. Then again, if you're going to run a STOCK B16 like jlh81, I guess you can run the same plugs and wires. After than, I don't think they'll work too well if you are planning on upgrading. Invest in the $8 for plugs and $50 for wires. Peace of mind IMO.

plug are all the same **** just use number 6 plugs and ngk, any will work. BKR, ZFR, PFR. I like BKR6E the best of them all and I gap them at 1.1mm.

As for wires, if they fit then its the same **** also. But fitting means not only lenght but depth of the spark plug hole and as the other guy said they work fine.

You're a ******* t00l. I've been here since last September and have shitloads more information than you have. Read the signature. Reading 0wnZ j00. Plus I never knew people spent soo much on plugs and wires for minimal gains, if any.
