The B16 in EF has been idleing weird lately like at 2500 when cold, then sometimes in traffic when hot between 600 & 1500 rpms. This is not a crazy idle problem, it is constant (not going up and down all the time), but it is not returning to the same rpm when in neutral. IE stop at redlight at 600, next one is 1200, then next one 600 again.!???

I cleaned the TB, no leak at vacuum lines, next thing ill check is tps. BTW I put my finger in the 2 holes in TB right before the butterfly; bottom one didnt do anything, top one engine would make the engine stall completely in matter of seconds. Did search but cant remeber what is supposed to happen when plugging these holes..
