Turbo exhaust??
My exhaust pops a lot during decelaration. My friend told me it could be because I had a turbo exhaust on it. The guy before me had a turbo kit in it, but that kit is gone now, if he left the muffler on could that be the problem??? What is the difference between an N/A muffler and a turbo muffler???

the popping sound is backfire. The turbo exhaust should connect straight to the downpipe. This means that there is no cat to absorb some of the unburnt fuel etc etc. It shouldn't be just hte muffler, that wouldn't make sense. a N/A exhaust has backfire too, if it is catless.
have you checked for exhaust leaks?
also turbo mufflers and turbo exhaust are normally 80mm , or 3"
its not the same thing lol.. but either one is close enough..
what do you mean you had turbo exhaust? what is the size. ppl use from 2.5-3" on their cars, depending on funds and amount of boost.. some even have custom setups bigger then 3".
