Default Car cuts off on the expressway (kinda long)

I asked this in the Prelude forum but it seems that if you are not talking turbos, you don't get a response. Awhile back my '92 Prelude Si broke down on the highway. I managed to roll off the highway. I checked the engine code and it was a code 15 Ignition Output Signal. I changed the Ignitor and it started right up. About a few weeks later same problem. I have an autometer tach in it (been in it for about 3 yrs) and when it starts dying the shift light goes on and off and it cuts off. I parked the car for about 2 months.

I drove it yesterday and it was fine. Today while driving I was merging onto the expressway and the @sshole wouldn't let me over so I had to speed up. I was in 4th gear doing about 55 and reved it up to about 5.5k and then shifted to 5th. The car got about a 1/4 mile down the highway and the tach begins jumping around (on the autometer one, not the stock one) the shift light flashes and then about a mile later (tach still jumping) the shift light flashes again and the car cuts off. Once again in the middle of the highway, but I managed to roll off again. I check the code and its the same thing, code 15. I sit for about 15 mins. trying to call folks. It is 11:30 at night, no flash light or nothing. I pop the hood and disconnect and reconnect the spark plug wires on the distributor. Then it started up again and I made it home. I was happy as a ***** because my boyfriend went out of town this morning, and while out there a tracker trailer truck was going so fast it almost pulled me onto the highway.

Now sorry for it being so long, but can anyone help me. Does anyone know what the problem can be??? I don't know what to do about this car. It seems that (now when I think about it) when you drive hard this happens.

If they did I wouldn't give a fu<K. I am only trying to get help. I could care less what people think. Either you can give helpful advice about the problem or not. Thanks for your help though

I had the same problem with a warmed up car and it ended up being a heat soaked Coil... try a new coil. Seriously.
