If it is slammed it is prolly a tire rubbing.

sleeves? well yes it is slammed but why would it only rub on a left turn and not a right, also why would tires make a squeek?

lowering a car with stock struts (if this is your setup) will tend to wear them out quicker and they will squeek.

where exactly is the noise coming from? this might help you pinpoint the problem. I'm willing to bet it's coming from the right rear.

no its coming from the front left, i am going to take a better look closer to see if there is anything loose.

tire rub I bet. even tho only when u turn right or left. Slight alignment differences might just be enough to cause one side to rub and not the other. Does it happen only at a certain steering wheel position?

yeah i am going to get a front end alignment, see if maybe this will fix it, and yes it only comes at a certain wheel position

Well.

I assumed an alignment was done already. New coilovers and no alignment?..

Could have been tires runnin on 1 area of tread.

Did you use sleeve coilovers or a true coilover setup??

Apply some bearing grease to the top and bottom of where the spring rides; if it is a sleeve coilover, also to where the sleeve sits..This will solve the noise problem if its coming from the coilovers..
