i have a 91 crx si and just did a ls swap. i try to start it and the starter just clicks once. i thought it was the battery but i chanded it. do grounds play a big part? also the clutch is not hooked up. thanks

 

first finish the whole swap, put the clutch in, then try to start it. if that doesnt do it check all ur wiring.

 

the clutch is in just not the cable

 

hey, question for you, are you having a problem getting cable onto the arm, opening is to small to slide in, how did you open it up, I have a 92 ls tranny, I need to put cable in also, what are you gonna do to yours, heat?

 

hook up the clutch cable then start. cehck all of your grounds. also check to make sure you hooked the power to the starter up to the right spot. also make sure the starter ground is good. usually it just goes in and grouns to the tranny. but you may need to run another ground to it. i had to in my swap.

 

it was the grounds. and i dont have the bracket on the tranny yet so i cant help you with that yet maybe tommorow
