Default E-Brake Cable adjusting help

I realize that there is an adjuster nut to tighten or loosen, however, when I life the e-brake lever, there are no clicks and the adjuster is set perfect (wheels with just a slight drag). Before I did the rear drums the parking brake worked fine. What am I missing here?

You tightened the adjusting nut a few cranks too much. Just back the adjusting nut out a little more. You'll be good to go.
