hahaha - not funny!
When did I suddenly have time on my hands?
Here I am at work... 9pm... on a Saturday (day off).
Anyway, even if I did take some time to wrench on the hooptie some night, I don't have a DA steering rack in my possesion to measure up and then test.

For someone whose replies have such an omnipotent tone I'd think you'd already know.
I've seen posts on here where people have put the DA guts into the stock rack. I'm guessing that if they had both racks available at the same time they'd have noticed that the DA didn't fit and that's why they transplanted the guts.

"omnipotent tone"
More like ominous.
I found the answer... I think. Some guy did try the ED rack in his DA. It fit so he says.

Not sure if it will work.
If I can locate all the parts within this next week for a good price then I'm going to try it.
The DA power steering rack has a shorter turn ratio than the ED.

Hahaha, funny. Someones been reading the dictionary.
I have a DB2 rear cross-member with the rack and metal lines still attached, so I was wondering about this as well.
I even thought about just swapping cross-members, with the rack still attached.
Let us know how it works.
