I've got a friend in Japan that can supply OEM JDM parts. I had him look up prices for the 3-4 synchro sleeve since mine was grinding. They cost around $150 depending on the yen rate. You can reach him yourself if you want:

His name is Ken. He just opened a shop out there that specializes in rare JDM wheels. I've been trying to help him get some business in the states. It's been more difficult than expected though since it's sorta tough to run a small shop and gather international business (and I'm not a business man...). Plus there are too many scammers out there etc., so no one trusts it. Drop him a line. He should be able to help you out.
