hopefully i can get some help.

Ive looked around and tryed everything i could think of

i have a crx dx with a si engine swapped into it

no cels/ecu codes
timing is 100% accurate
has spark/fuel
vacuum lines run right

idles really lumpy
revs slow
bad hesitation


im wondering what i should check next. i plan on doing a compression check as soon as i can. anything thing else you call can think of?

only have a few days to get the car going to make the Danbury meet

 

is the timing correct between the head and the crank?

 

yeah i fixed the timing earlier today. i got it running pretty damn nice (as in correct) haha

i don't think they should. someone with the same problem might come up on this and solve their problem. glad you found yours

 

what does it idle at?

did you do the dpfi-mpfi swap?

 

750 is the idle

and no i didnt do the swap myself. i bought the car with it in there... (i would have done a better job on it)

 

read up on the dpfi-mpfi swap write ups and check all the wiring. he might not have hooked up the injectors right and it might not be getting enough fuel
