Will a JDM h22a pass smog in California
I am in the process of looking for an H22A for my 1992 Honda Accord LX.I've heard a few different things,some people say it will and some say it wont.I really need to know before I purchase the engine and do the swap this is the only thing delaying my plans

you'll need all the legal document, the engine got to be newer, there's a process you can do to legalize the swap...i forgot what the heck is it called
