94 gsr - does 02 sensor connect to header or cat?

Default 94 gsr - does 02 sensor connect to header or cat?

gonna install my header soon, but it doesn't have a 02 bung like i've seen some others that have had it. so just need to know if the 02 bung is on the header or cat.if its on the header, i'll have to go to hte muffler shop before i do the install - thanks

i thought there was one for the header and cat ... or is that only for 96+ ... for my 96' gsr .. theres a spot for my hearer for a o2 sensor but i dont got one there

That's because yours is an obd2. 96+ teg uses 2 o2 sensors.
As for the 94, the o2 sensor goes on the header before the cat, not on the cat. (correct me if i'm wrong)

yeah i just installed the header on my 94 gsr and the O2 sensor is normally connected to the stock cat.

Back from the dead. I'm buying a high flow cat. Any suggestions what to do with the O2 sensor since the new one apparently doesn't have one? Or does anyone know if carsound/magnaflow makes a cat with the O2 sensor hole? thanks.
