does anyone know the torque spec for a b16 head?

just as topic states.......also does anyone know whats the torqueing spec for the cam caps as well?....tried searching around but couldnt find any.

nm....just found the torque spec...is it 80ft lb?...still need the camcaps

if you dont have the original cam caps youll prolly need a line hone too
