zc timing belt?

what timing belt should i use for a sohc non vtec zc?

Hmm. I think this article may only apply to DOHC ZCs... I'm not sure of the differences for your purposes. But hope this helps some:

SOHC Non-VTEC ZC was basically a D16A6, which is the 88-91 Si engine. So I would bet that belt would work.

thanx for the help but im thinking about buying a y8 head what belt should i use in that case ( keep in mine its zc none vtec short block)

the belt for the y8. you always match the timing belt to the head.

also get water pump and tensioner for the head as well.

yes yes yes. best to do those while you're in there cause it's a pain in the *** to take all that crap off again.
