******Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) giving wrong output*******
My TPS is sending out a +5.02v when I turn the ignition on. It should be somewhere under +0.4v.
I checked the 3 wires coming to the TPS connector with my DMM and between themselves they showed no voltage. The middle wire, RED/BLK did however show 5 volts when connected to a body ground.
In the helms to troubleshoot it further I need ECM [ECU] Test Harness.
Testing between YEL/BLU (+) and GRN/BLU (-) I got 0 v, then YEL/BLU (+) and Body Ground I also got 0 v. In both of the tests there should be +5 v.
Im currently running off of my EMS and it shows that the throttle is 100% depressed. I switched to my stock ECU but was essentially getting the same reading, 4.98v.
Does anyone have an online version of a 98+ Helms manual [I cant find mine for the past 3 months]. The 94-97 Helms keeps refering to a D plug in the electrical system but my car only uses A, B, and C plugs. Could anyone scan some of the pages around 11-60 for the TPS stuff and around page 11-12 there is a wiring diagram of the ECU.

I was looking at the helms and the ICM and the TPS are across from each other. I took my DMM and checked continuity between the yellow/green wire at the distributor with pin B13 on the ECU and got nothing. I dont know if the circuits are related but they are back to back in the helms.
I seem to be getting +5v on the Green/Blue wire.
here is the helms: (Either its references are off on the pins or the EMS instructions for 1010 and 1000 are.)
