Ok when i get to 7k I hear this wierd pitch sound/ vibration. I can feel it on the pedal kinda too. I have no idea what it is. I am also getting bad gas milage. I was maybe thinking it was something to do with the valves. Please help me.

do you still have your balancer shafts?

 

yea. I look at the exhaust manifold. The bracket that bolts to the back of the block was broken in half. It also seemed close to the oil pan. Maybe when it was on the pallet it got bent upward. I still am wondering if this is the noise i am hearing vibrating
