I recently spun a rod bearing in one of my GSR motors from oil starvation (NOT the one for sale in my profile as one guy asked). The only damage to the head was some light scratching on the 1st intake cam journal.
I took it to an engine shop and they said it wasn't anythign to worry about.
I am wondering what can I use to polish this out myself. Perhaps a very very fine sandpaper wheel on my dremel? Do they have polish wheels for the dremel?
Or should I just leave it alone? Need some advice.

Man that's nothing. You should see mine after I had the same problem. I cleaned it up some and threw the cams back in there. If you wanna do anything get some fine sandpaper to clean it up a bit.....You'll be fine.
