Default need help evaluating worth of a car

hey there is this 94 integra for sale but it has a b16 in it(dunno why) i can get it for $3800-3900.

My question is, will it be worth the money, wont the b16 be too weak for the weight of the dc2?????

nyone have experiance with it??????

the b16 is actually a stronger motor than the b18b that the ls has stock, so plenty powerful. also, it's v-tec!

what model is it a gsr? if so then the motor was probably stolen and he replaced it with a b16. if its not a gsr model, then he upgraded the motor to a b16, which is to me, better than the other motor it comes with. see why it has that motor, it might have a salvage title that should drop the price.
we dont know what kind of condition the car is in to say whether or not that is a good price. pics would help. and more info would help also.

he says he never planned on dropping an engine in there, and when the ls engine gave out he put in a b16 long block, he also said that vtec is not wired or connected....what would i have to do to get it to work???????
