new paint

my car is out getting painted right now

what should i know bout caring for new paint? what products are safe to use, what should i avoid??

You have to wait a few weeks for the paint to fully cure before waxing it. Beyond that, treat it like, well, paint.

depends on the paint they use and the quality of clearcoat applied on the upper layer.

your best bet is the ask the bodyshop as anything posted here would merely be generalizations.
